Printer Alignment Compensation

Fine-tune card positioning to compensate for printer-specific alignment issues. By default, cards are centered on the page. Adjust offsets if your printer's duplex mechanism causes front and back sides to not align perfectly.

Front Sheet Positioning

Horizontal (X) Offset: px

Vertical (Y) Offset: px

Negative values shift left/up, positive values shift right/down

Back Sheet Positioning

Horizontal (X) Offset: px

Vertical (Y) Offset: px

Compensates for duplex printing mechanical offset

Canon TR8600 Example

The Canon TR8600 has a known duplex alignment issue where the back side prints ~2-3mm shifted compared to the front. If you have this printer, click the "Canon TR8600 Series" preset above to apply these compensation values:

Front: -18px X, -6px Y (positions cards at X=131, Y=68)
Back: +20px X, -6px Y (positions cards at X=169, Y=68)
Result: 38px (3.2mm) horizontal compensation for perfect duplex alignment

Note: All values are in 300 DPI pixels for print quality. Test with a single sheet first and adjust values based on your specific printer's behavior.
